December - January Educational Family Discussion Group Topics

        Calling All Family Support Group/Family Discussion Group Members for Holiday Celebration

On Thursday evening, December 20 at 6:00 pm in the large conference room at the Mental Wellness Center, our two weekly groups will meet jointly to celebrate the holidays with a light buffet and refreshments provided compliments of NAMI.  If you are a regular or occasional member of either or both of these groups, please join us for the fun.  For more information contact Ramona Winner, or Tom Franklin,

December - January Calendar:

The group meets from 7:00 - 8:30 pm every Tuesday in the NAMI Conference Room on the second floor of the Mental Wellness Center, 617 Garden St. Santa Barbara. Each week a different topic is discussed using informational handouts as a discussion guide.  These sessions are free, open to the public and don’t require advanced registration.
